Sharkhire takes your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information sent to us by you. It remains our policy and our commitment not to distribute, sell, rent or in any way make available your name, email address or other personal information to any third party without your prior written consent.

3.1. We collect this information as a means of personalization and contact if required i.e. we can send you an email with a new password if you have forgotten your password.
3.2. We may monitor this website (including using 'cookies') in order to identify user trends, which will assist us in improving the site. If that occurs, the information will only be used in aggregate form and your individual details will not be identified or disclosed to any person.
4.0. Access to information
4.1. Companies will have access to, and only to, their own information and some information on the users they have registered under them. Information Companies have is user name, full name, email address and test results. Companies do not have access to anyone other company name or email except their own.
4.2. Users will have access only to their own information and their Company’s name. They will also see any notes left by a Company which is intended to be seen by the whole group.
4.3. Results from online testing will only be available for the Companies. Users cannot see others’ online test results.
4.4. Passwords can not be viewed by Companies or Users at all. Passwords can only be reset via the forgot password page linked to from the home page or via the 'Edit my details' page.
Companies and Users alike can easily edit their own information at any time after they have logged in.
4.5. External tests saved information
Users taking external tests may be asked to submit personal information like Name, Email address and anything else the Sharkhire account administrator asks for. Sharkhire will not supply this information to any other third party, as stated above, although, this information is available to the account administrator, and therefore Sharkhire is not responsible for this information you provide. Contact the account administrator who gave you access to the test to find out what they will use this information for before giving any information.
5.1. Sharkhire is hosted in a high security data centre which is staffed 24/7.
5.2. All passwords are stored fully encrypted and login and registration is communicated via HTTPS.
5.3. Your data is completely private to you the account administrator and is protected by secure servers.
5.4. Tests are only available to those who the account administrator gives access to. Sharing tests, for example, is allowed on Sharkhire but only if the account administrator chooses to do so, by default all your data in Sharkhire is private to your account.
5.5. Payments using Credit cards are processed using the highly secure PayPal.com website. Sharkhire does not process credit card numbers.
6.1. Advertising is shown on Sharkhire pages for Company accounts that are not upgraded, and for other accounts that are not currently registered under an upgraded Company account. External testing will also show advertising when test results are not being saved for the current test that is being taken at that time.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Sharkhire users based on their visit to Sharkhire and other sites on the Internet.
7.0. Transfer of personal information
Please note that your personal information may be transferred outside the country in which you are located. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in a jurisdiction that may not have the same level of data protection as your home country. You are free not to consent by not using our Service. However, if you do not consent, then we may not be able to provide you with our Services.

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
